01 / YOUR QUESTIONS

Getting started

You do not need a finished marketing plan to start a useful conversation.

Where should I start if I am unsure what I need?

Tell us what your business does, where you work and what feels stuck. Your website address and main goal are enough to begin. We can help identify whether the first priority is getting found, explaining your service or making contact easier.

Do you work with businesses outside India?

We support local small and midsize businesses serving customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. We discuss your market, service areas and practical communication needs before agreeing the work.

Can you help with one service instead of everything?

We can discuss a focused need, such as a website, Google Business Profile or Search Ads. If another issue could hold that work back, we explain the connection so you can choose a sensible scope.

How much will the work cost?

Cost depends on your starting point, the work involved and the level of ongoing support. We need to understand the scope before proposing a fee. Advertising spend and any third-party tools should be clearly identified when discussing costs.

What information is useful before our first conversation?

Share your website, main services, genuine service areas and the type of customer you want to reach. Existing marketing activity and your main concern help too. You do not need to send passwords or private customer information.

Unsure which service fits?

Tell us the problem you want to solve. We can help you think through a focused first step.

02 / YOUR QUESTIONS

SEO & Google Business

Your website and your business profile help people discover you in different ways.

What is the difference between SEO and Google Business?

SEO improves how your website can be discovered and understood in search. Google Business work focuses on your eligible business profile in Google Search and Maps. They can support each other, but a profile update does not replace work on your website.

How long does SEO take?

Timing depends on your website, competition and the changes involved. Some changes may be reflected sooner; others can take months. We review the starting point, agree priorities and separate completed work from changes in search performance.

Can you guarantee a first-page or Maps ranking?

No. Search engines control rankings. We focus on accurate information, useful pages and the improvements within our control, then review the evidence without promising a position or number of enquiries.

Can I create a profile for every town I want to serve?

A target service area alone does not make a separate profile eligible. Profiles must represent real, eligible businesses and locations under Google's rules. We discuss your actual setup before recommending profile or service-area changes.

Do I need a new website before starting SEO?

Not always. We first look at what your current site can support. If its platform or structure creates a meaningful limitation, we explain whether a targeted fix or a rebuild is the more practical next step.

03 / YOUR QUESTIONS

Paid ads & Social

Choose a channel around your customers and goals, then measure what happens.

Should I choose SEO or Search Ads?

SEO develops your organic search presence. Search Ads buys advertising placements and needs a media budget. Your timing, competition, website and budget help determine whether one channel or a coordinated approach makes sense.

Is the advertising budget the same as your fee?

Advertising spend pays the platform for showing ads. Service fees cover agreed setup, management or other work. The proposal should explain each cost separately, including any relevant tools or creative work.

How soon will paid ads bring enquiries?

Ads can begin reaching people after setup and platform approval, but meaningful results depend on demand, targeting, budget, competition and the page people visit. Early data helps guide changes; it is not a guarantee of a steady flow of enquiries.

Do social posts and social ads do the same job?

Organic posts help explain your business and keep your presence active. Paid social ads purchase distribution to a selected audience. A posting plan and an advertising campaign need different goals, content and measurement.

Will every lead turn into a customer?

No. Some enquiries will not fit your service, area or availability. We look at relevance as well as volume, while your response time, quoting and follow-up also affect whether a suitable enquiry becomes a customer.

Make the channels work together.

If search, ads and your website feel disconnected, let us look at the customer journey with you.

04 / YOUR QUESTIONS

Websites & working together

Know what is being built, what you need to provide and how progress will be reviewed.

What is the difference between a website and a landing page?

A website explains your business across several connected pages. A landing page focuses on one service, offer or campaign and a clear next action. The right choice depends on what a visitor needs to understand before contacting you.

What access will you need to my accounts?

Access depends on the agreed work. Where the platform supports it, use an invited user role with only the permissions needed. We agree the access requirements before beginning; passwords should not be sent through a general enquiry.

Who provides the website content and images?

We agree the responsibilities in the scope. Your service details, genuine business photos and approved claims are useful foundations. Any writing, photography, stock-image licensing or content migration needs to be identified before the work starts.

How will I know whether the work is helping?

We agree useful measures for the goal, such as relevant visits, calls or form enquiries. Tracking must be set up appropriately, and available data may be incomplete. Reviews should connect the evidence to work completed and the next practical actions.

What happens after I contact you?

We discuss your business, priorities and starting point. Before work begins, the proposed scope should set out deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timing and any ongoing arrangements. You can raise questions about these details before deciding.
