BE USEFUL. BE RECOGNISED.
A social presence
with something useful to say.
Customers may check your social pages before they contact you. Clear service information, real work and helpful answers can give them a better sense of your business. Each post should have a reason to be there.
Posting without a clear direction?
Build a practical content plan around your services, seasonal needs and the questions people ask before booking.
Your work deserves more context?
Explain the job, the process and the benefit using genuine photos and approved facts. Help customers understand what your business offers.
Unsure whether you need ads?
Separate regular page management from paid distribution. Discuss the audience, offer and budget before deciding whether a campaign is suitable.
CONTENT AND CAMPAIGNS

Social content planning
Turn your services, customer questions and business calendar into a manageable publishing plan. Choose topics with a clear purpose, from explaining a service to showing how to prepare for an appointment.

ACCURATE. APPROVED. PUBLISHED.
Your expertise.
A clear approval process.
Good social content starts with accurate information and a practical way to review it.
Gather the right facts
Confirm services, service areas, offers and brand tone. Agree which real photos, customer permissions and business details are available for use.
Plan, review and approve
Share the proposed content or campaign creative for your review. Agree the approval contact and timing, then publish approved material within the agreed scope.
Connect the conversation
Set enquiry destinations and a response handoff. Your team handles service-specific advice and bookings, with clear responsibility for answering customer questions.
MEANINGFUL PROGRESS
Attention is a signal.
Enquiries add context.
We review the measures that fit the work: reach, engagement, useful visits and enquiries where tracking is available. For advertising, we also consider spend and cost per recorded action. Your feedback helps distinguish a relevant enquiry from a click that went nowhere.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Understand what social management and advertising include, and how we agree the right approach.
What is the difference between management and advertising?
Management covers the agreed work on your social presence, such as planning, creating and publishing organic content. Advertising uses a paid media budget to distribute ads. We define the deliverables, management fees and advertising spend separately before starting.
Which platforms can you help with?
We discuss suitable Facebook and Instagram organic activity and paid campaigns, plus YouTube advertising where the audience, goal and video assets make it appropriate. We choose channels around your business and capacity rather than assuming every platform needs a campaign.
Will I approve posts before they go live?
We agree an approval process at the start, including the review contact and deadlines. You confirm business facts, offers and sensitive details before publication. A clear turnaround helps the publishing plan stay realistic.
Do you reply to comments and customer messages?
The scope and response times must be agreed. We can discuss monitoring and approved replies, with a handoff for quotations, complaints, technical advice and booking decisions that need your team. Social management does not automatically include round-the-clock support.
Is advertising spend included in the service fee?
Advertising spend and service fees are defined separately in the proposal. We agree the budget, billing responsibility and campaign scope before launch, including any creative or landing page work that is required.
Can you guarantee followers or leads?
No. We focus on accurate content, appropriate campaigns and useful learning. We do not promise follower counts, viral results or a fixed number of leads. Share your current pages and goals so we can discuss a realistic next step.
